Description : Add Bringing the Laws of the Contracting States in Compliance with OHBLA Laws Relevance and Method to my selection

In the frame of OHADA, standardisation of internal laws results from the Uniform Acts, which are directly applicable. However, OHADA law cannot be efficient if it is not connected to the national laws and regulations of its Contracting States. Accordingly, national laws and regulations will sometimes need to be repealed or completed, so as to make sure uniform laws can be fully enforceable and so that there is no obstacle to such enforcement. This work of bringing the national laws of the Contracting States in compliance with OHADA laws enable each State to take stock of what already exists and to consolidate the laws and regulations in force, still guaranteeing the legal security which was the initial aim of OHADA.
